The communication from the office was great ! The tech even came earlier than the expected time. He was very polite and prompt. My team here at Ashton woods is always great !!
I have lived here for over a year now and not had a single issue with anything. Neighbors guests staff are all super friendly and give off a good atmosphere. I do want to take a second to adress a special thank you to Amy who is the supervisor of the property. She was here since the first day I moved in and has gone above and beyond what one would expect service-wise from a property manager. In short I just want to Sat thank you for going out of your way and being so helpful when you do not have to. I would highly recommend moving here. Its a great place to live
Marta was my tour guide and showed me an apartment after calling same day looking for an apartment. She was very informative and professional. Amy helped and answered any questions I had over the phone regarding my application and the status of my application. The office staff was very nice when i met them in person. The application and background check itself was very quick and easy. Their rent prices and offers they have for utilities are honestly super affordable. Amenities are very nice as well. They couldn’t have made my apartment hunting journey go any smoother.
When we moved in the apartment was ok, the bathrooms needed to be really cleaned. Pet owners do not pick up after their pets, there is a hill of poop on the side of the building, and by the water fountain behind the office. It's just crazy that everyone gets away with it. My last apartment sent out notices about fines. There is so much paint on the interior doors that they stick and make so much noise when opening them, absolutely no cell service in any of the apartment buildings if you are the phone by building 700 you will lose the call. I asked for the front door to be fixed as for the door didn't close properly. The door knob stays turned and the button that holds the door closed is stuck in the door. They came looked at made some noise but never fixed anything. The smell of Marijuana is all over the complex, the banging on the floor from upstairs is crazy all hours. The apartments it's self is very out dated. The counters are so high in the bathroom that they come up to my chest and I am 5'2 yet the toilets are so small. The dryer is a hot point dryer and when it is done it makes this loud buzzing sound that you cannot shut off. Dishwasher is old and starting to turn yellow, pulled out the fridge only to find a bunch of garbage and food underneath it. I could only imagine what is under the stove. Because I can see where there is food on the sides of it. The counters are painted, and after wiping them down so much they are starting to peel and crack and you can see the brush strokes and the bubbles that had peeled off. Land scaping comes often to blow the leaves but the only do the main sidewalk not the breezeways, I can only imagine how they feel when they have to cut the grass with all the dog poop all over its is disgusting. Garbage is thrown by the buildings in the trees it looks like it has been there for a long time. They will tow your car if you're tags are expired or you have low air in your tire. But they do have there favorites who they look out for. The only thing I can say positive is that I have only seen like two baby roaches and they were killed. They do not use anything like flex rent, best egg. So if you get paid weekly you better save your money and pay the rent by the 1st or the send you an eviction notice. It is very hard to make a left turn leaving the apartment complex on Hwy 78. There are oil pans that have used car oil hidden in the trees and bushes. Maintenance guys may be very friendly but they don't pick up trash around the buildings. If I could afford to move somewhere else I would have done it by now.
