I have had the maintenance guy Frank here multiple times since moving in for small fixes and he’s been awesome! Super respectful and fixes the issue at hand quickly. Super knowledgeable and nice!

The gentleman that came to fix the door was super polite and very quick. The office didn’t report the problem to him correctly. But he just replaced the door knob. Said the one on there was old anyway ! Thank you

Had a issue with my heater, Maintenance was on top of the issue and Frank had it fixed in about 15 minutes, Great work

I live pretty far from the dump area in the apartment complex and had to take a load of boxes to the dump. This would have taken me like 5 long trips back and forth. But as i was walking with my first load, this very awesome guy, Cody, decided to help out and i couldn’t be more grateful. He let me ride in his golf cart so i can transport more boxes to the dump at once. took only 3 trips. and like 20 minutes. I was so happy and grateful for his help.
