My smoke alarm kept beeping all night. I contacted the office and by the time I got home it was fixed.

The gentleman that came to fix the door was super polite and very quick. The office didn’t report the problem to him correctly. But he just replaced the door knob. Said the one on there was old anyway ! Thank you

Lived here since 2020. Very peaceful community with a great staff on hand to help with your needs or concerns. I would live here again if needed.

Have lived here for 2 years and the apartment was live in condition from the beginning. No major maintenance issues and when needed they respond promptly. Sam is knowledgeable and will fix any problem with a smile.

Staff were very helpful and accommodating for move in and move out. Rooms and appliances were in good condition. Good central location in terms of proximity to Summerville and downtown. However, the access road is tough to merge on to and backs up 7:30-9:30 am and 3:30-6:30 pm, so leaving extra time for commute is essential

Staff is amazing!!!! Everyone walks around with a smile making everyone feel welcomed. Ashton Woods is a Great place to call home! I love it here! Brenda
